Robert Falch in an interview with Radio Westfalica. Chandu Schulte and Steve Mabou show by example how they managed to get integrated at MINDA and in Minden.

Robert Falch, Managing Partner of the MINDA Group and Chairman of Minden-Lübbecke Employers' Association, said in an interview with Radio Westfalica: "We clearly stand against right-wing extremism, xenophobia and exclusion. We stand for a strong and active democracy, social diversity and for an open and united Europe."
In our company operating internationally, we work with customers and employees from different cultures coming from different regions of the world. They enrich our daily work. Without them, our everyday work would be unimaginable. 
The MINDA colleagues Chandu and Steve are an example of how well it works to integrate employees from other countries into the company. Radio Westfalica has captured both voices. 

Chandu Schulte, a friendly young woman from India, studied computer science and lived in Japan for three years. There she met her husband from Minden and decided to come to Germany with him. She feels at home in Minden, she is fully integrated and works as a programmer in the commissioning department at MINDA. Steve Mabou, who is originally from Cameroon, completed his Master's degree in Germany. The determined programmer went through a TrainEE program at MINDA to familiarize himself intensively with his future tasks. He sees his work at MINDA as a dream job and feels very comfortable in the company. In the interview, Steve explains what integration means to him. 

In conclusion, Robert Falch emphasizes that the most important thing is to talk to each other. Talking about challenges, but also about fears, is extremely important.
